Do the wall stickers stick to all wall paints?
Yes, they stick without any problems to most standard interior wall paints.
Exceptions are highly specialised paints such as latex, silicone and silicate paints as well as dirt-repellent coatings. Unfortunately, the adhesive cannot hold permanently on these surfaces.
Can I apply the wall stickers to a freshly painted wall?
No, please let the wall dry completely for at least 3 weeks after painting. The paint needs to fully cure so that the wall stickers can develop their full adhesive strength and stay in place permanently.
Can children apply the wall stickers themselves?
Yes! From about age 4, helping out is great fun. Our sturdy wall stickers don't warp, stick gently and are easy to reposition – perfect for little hands.
Tip: Large murals or very fine designs are best applied together as a team. That way the result stays perfect and decorating becomes a lovely family moment!
How long does shipping take?
Your wall stickers are freshly printed for you right after you place your order. This usually takes 1–3 business days.
Your parcel is then sent straight to you:
- Austria & Germany: approx. 1–3 business days shipping
- EU: approx. 2–5 business days shipping

Would you like to return your order? No problem! Here's how best to go about it:
- Notify us: Send us a short message in advance at support@nilso.net.
- Pack: Send the unused wall stickers back to us, ideally in their original packaging:
