NILSO wall decals were developed for decorating children's rooms. They are made of PVC-free textile material and, according to our print partner, are printed with GREENGUARD Gold certified inks. This certification refers to specific requirements for chemical emissions indoors and is not a guarantee that a product is completely free of harmful substances. Please observe the respective product and safety information and place the wall decals out of reach of young children under 3 years of age.

GREENGUARD Gold is a certification by UL Solutions for particularly low chemical emissions into indoor air. Its limits are designed for sensitive environments such as schools and healthcare facilities. At NILSO, this refers to the inks: According to our print partner in the EU, our wall decals are printed with GREENGUARD Gold certified inks. The finished wall decal is not GREENGUARD certified. The certification also does not mean that a product is completely free of harmful substances.

NILSO wall decals adhere best to clean, dry and suitable wall surfaces. A stable surface free of dust, grease or loose paint is particularly important.

On certain latex, silicone and silicate paints as well as on dirt-repellent coatings, adhesion may be limited. For sensitive or unknown surfaces, we recommend testing in an inconspicuous spot first.

No, please let the wall dry completely for at least 3 weeks after painting. The paint needs to fully cure so that the wall stickers can develop their full adhesive strength and stay in place permanently.

Applying a NILSO wall decal is quick and easy.

1. Clean the surface with a dry cloth and make sure it is completely dry.

2. Carefully peel the design off the backing paper, position it where you want it and press it on evenly.

3. For larger designs, it is best to work step by step (from top to bottom). Make sure the wall is suitable for application.

Tip: If a design is difficult to remove, warm it briefly with a hairdryer on a low setting.

Make sure that the adhesive surface stays as clean as possible and that the material is not creased or damaged. How well the wall decal adheres again depends on the surface, handling and any dirt. Repositionable does not automatically mean unlimited reuse.

NILSO delivers within the European Union. This includes: Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Your wall stickers are freshly printed for you right after you place your order. This usually takes 1–3 business days.

Your parcel is then sent straight to you:

Austria & Germany: approx. 1–3 business days shipping
France: approx. 3 business days shipping
Other EU countries: approx. 2–5 business days shipping

The delivery time applies from dispatch. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the order and the shipping carrier.

We deliver within the EU. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown in the cart before you complete your order.

All prices include VAT. The free shipping threshold refers to the value of the goods in your order. Shipping costs are charged per order and are the same regardless of the size and number of items.

As soon as your order has been shipped and tracking is available, you can check the shipping status via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Simply open the corresponding email and follow the carrier's link.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation or your parcel is taking longer than expected, our customer service will be happy to help.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nilso.net.

Since your wall decals go into production right after you order, subsequent changes or cancellations are unfortunately not always possible. Please include your order number and the change you'd like in your message.

Would you like to return your order? No problem! Here's how best to go about it:

Notify us: Send us a short message in advance at support@nilso.net.
Pack: Send the unused wall stickers back to us, ideally in their original packaging:

Briefly describe the damage and, if possible, include your order number as well as photos of the product and the packaging. This allows us to review the case and agree on the next steps with you.
